In the month leading up to your wedding, we’ll be with you for:

Be there to check in as you get ready

Having been a bride, bridesmaid, guest and experienced vendor, I've seen so many perspectives of weddings and know what works and where to help. HOW DO YOU HANDLE WHEN SOMETHING COMES UP?
Your day should be stress free and I'm here to take all the last-minute decision making off your plate. Having worked in corporate finance and project management throughout my career, I know how to balance multiple needs, work under pressure, and most importantly problem solve! I can't wait to implement all this expertise for you.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please INQUIRE below and I’ll coordinate a time for us to connect! I look forward to chatting and aim to understand your wedding day needs and getting to know you! After our call, I’ll share a contract, and a 10% deposit will be due upon booking. Wedding dates will be held for two weeks following receipt of contract.

ABOUT ME
My name is Shannon Newman, I’m a proud Spokane native, Zag, travel enthusiast and puzzle nerd. I love being on and around the lake, reading, making new recipes and taking long coffee walks with friends. I started my career in accounting and have worked in corporate finance for the past four years. It has fueled my love of working with good people, putting clients first and being inspired by the work you do. I love keeping teams organized, running projects efficiently and working with new people along the way.
Reflecting on my own wedding, the piece we didn’t consider was a wedding coordinator. Being very organized and excited to plan, I didn’t think it necessary. All went well until the fire alarm unexpectedly went off in the middle of the speeches and we had 300 guests on the rooftop of a building! Everything was fine in the end; speeches were only briefly interrupted and a friend of ours ended up being on the fire department team that came to check on the call. It made for a good laugh and a great story, but in that moment, having someone to turn to and help figure out the problem would have been a dream! I look forward to being that person for you and helping your wedding day be everything you hope for.
