Full-Service Wedding Flowers and Memorial Service Flowers
We take great pride in growing, designing, and delivering best-available flowers. When working with Mother Nature, there are no guarantees. Unseasonable weather and supply chain issues can have a dramatic impact on flower and foliage availability. As a result, Daisies in May, LLC, does not guarantee exact flower or foliage varieties. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact colors or shades of specific products. Refunds will not be given for minor changes in flower type or appearance. Regardless of the availability of specific products, we will always adhere to the agreed color palette and style of floral design.
Upon delivery or pickup, the client assumes all responsibility and care for their flowers and designs.
Extreme weather (wind, heat, rain, or cold), can have a dramatic impact on flowers. While we will do our very best to go above and beyond, we cannot be held responsible or liable for damaged florals because of the weather. In the instance of extreme weather, we will always put safety first and will follow government advice.
Legal
Right to Cure
In the rare event Daisies in May, LLC, is unable to provide services/goods and/or fails to perform, we request the ability to correct and cure the breach of contract prior to arbitration.
Right to Assign
If, under rare circumstances, Daisies in May, LLC, is unable to perform or provide said services or goods, Daises in May, LLC, reserves the right to assign another contractor/provider.
Indemnification
Daisies in May, LLC, cannot be held responsible if any harm is provided by failure of product or service.
Force Majeure
Daisies in May, LLC, shall not be liable for any delay in services rendered due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, floods, riots, civil disturbances, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, quarantine, control exercised by government entity, or acts of God or a public enemy. Daisies in May, LLC, shall give written notice within 48 hours of a Force Majeure event, stating the period the occurrence is expected to continue. Daisies in May, LLC, shall use all diligent efforts deemed safe and responsible to end the delay in service and ensure the effects of such Force Majeure event are minimized. Daisies in May, LLC, shall resume the performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practical after the removal of the cause for the Force Majeure. If failure or delay remains unsatisfactorily uncured for a period of thirty (30) days following given notice, the client may thereafter terminate this contract upon written notice and all payments made to date will be returned.
A La Carte Wedding Flowers
Payment
A $500 minimum is required for A La Carte Wedding Flower purchases. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout on our website.
Timeline
We encourage you to order early to guarantee availability. Orders must be placed at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. We accept orders 12 months in advance.
Changes & Additions
You may place as many orders for your wedding date as you need up to 30 days before your event date. All orders will be combined, provided you have given us clear communication.
Customization
Colors
Please select the “Custom Color Palette” variant and share notes about preferred color choices (ex.: pops of light blue! OR 75% butter yellow!). Or select one of our three most requested color palettes and leave the details to us!
Designs
In order to streamline the process, we offer a menu of our most requested bridal party, ceremony, and reception flowers in our A La Carte Store. If you desire more floral options than shown here, please inquire for Full-Service Wedding Flowers.
Communication
We have streamlined the floral ordering process and provided FAQ resources to simplify the process. Review these first before reaching out. If you have a question not addressed on the FAQ page, we offer a 15-minute consultation call before you make a purchase. All future questions should be directed over email. We will contact you 30 days prior to your event to confirm all pick-up details. Currently, we do not offer in-person meetings for A La Carte Wedding Flowers. If you desire a more in-depth and collaborative planning process, please inquire for Full-Service Wedding Flowers.
Rescheduling
If your event needs to be rescheduled for any force majeure reason, Daisies in May, LLC, will issue a merchandise credit for the full amount of the original order total, subject to availability.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 31 days prior to the event date minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 30 days prior to the event or less.
Flower Pickup
Free at our south Spokane farm at Daisies in May, LLC, 9005 S. Daystar Lane, Spokane, WA, 99224, between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. PST on the agreed upon date listed in your order. It is the client’s responsibility to provide appropriate vehicles with enough space, temperature-controlled conditions, and people to safely transport your florals.
Upon pickup, the client assumes all responsibility and care for their flowers. To keep your flowers fresh, keep them in a cool environment out of direct sunlight, away from fresh fruit, and away from direct airflow or heat sources. Keep an eye on water levels and replenish with room temperature water often. Do not refrigerate your flowers as temperatures may be too cold.
Flower Subscriptions
Available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, orders are accepted online. With the delivery or pick-up of each vase arrangement, we will collect your previously used vase and provide you with a new one. Orders must be received 72 hours before delivery. Email us to make subscription or delivery updates one week prior to delivery.
Flower Deliveries
Fresh, seasonal flowers for any occasion are delivered within 48 hours (closed Sundays) to a 60-mile radius from our farm in zip code 99224.
Undeliverable Orders
It is the responsibility of the ordering party to provide Daisies in May, LLC, a correct delivery address. If we are unable to locate the address provided, we will call and text the recipient phone number provided on the order by the customer. If the driver is unable to reach the address after 10 minutes, the undeliverable order will be returned to our studio. We will then contact the customer to coordinate redelivery or pickup. If there is no reply to attempts to contact within 48 hours, the order will be forfeited.
Rejected Delivery
If a recipient rejects delivery, Daisies in May, LLC, will not provide a refund to the customer and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.
Non-Delivery Claim
If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 48 hours to investigate. If no one was available at the delivery location and no party was able to take delivery on behalf of the recipient, Daises in May, LLC, reserves the right to redeliver the order. If we are unable to substantiate your claim of non-delivery, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
Quality
If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Daisies in May, LLC, via email. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be made based on a recipient’s improper plant or flower care.
Farm Tours & Events
The following Waiver of Liability must be signed by all visitors and event participants at Daisies in May, LLC:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in a Daisies in May, LLC, tour or on-farm event, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Daisies in May, LLC, or its employees, volunteers, and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, risks associated with the use of alcohol; risks associated with the use of alcohol in conjunction with tools or other equipment and participation in a Daisies in May, LLC, event.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daisies in May, LLC, and its employees, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in a Daisies in May, LLC, event and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
Severability
The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Washington that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

* Cancelling more than 48 hours out? You may receive store credit for the full amount.
* Cancelling less than 48 hours out? You may receive store credit for 50% of the amount.
* Cancelling after the event began? No store credit or refund will be issued.
Photo Release & Privacy
Daisies in May, LLC, reserves the right to use, publish, display, and/or reproduce photographs of clients, their families, and guests with flowers designed by Daisies in May, LLC, and to use them only for flower farming and floral design media and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to websites, Instagram, Pinterest, brochures, advertising, magazine submissions, and other publications related to self-promotion and marketing. Daisies in May, LLC, is released from any liability whatever may occur or be produced in the display of photographs and waive any rights, claims, or interest clients may have to control the use of their identity or likeness in the photographs. Uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of clients and Daisies in May, LLC, will not discredit or distort clients in any way.
Any photos provided to us by a professional photographer will only be used by us for the promotion and marketing of our business. Photographer’s credits will be displayed to the best of our ability.
We reserve the right to hire an independent photographer to capture our work. Usage of these images will be limited to our own marketing and self-promotion applications.
We respect your privacy. Names, event date, contact details, order information, and pricing will be treated with complete respect and privacy. We will not speak with any media representative or release any information unless you give us written consent to do so. We request you do the same and do not disclose order and pricing information details to anyone without our express written consent.
