Protecting Pollinators

We love our pollinators and have signed the Pollinator’s Pledge with Xerces Society and registered our farm with Homegrown National Parks. I encourage you to do the same for your own yard, garden, pots, raised beds:

  • Grow pollinator-friendly flowers and vegetables.

  • Provide nest sites, like birdhouses and bug hotels.

  • Avoid pesticides.

  • Spread the word to neighbors, family & friends to do the same.

As a flower farmer committed to meeting wholesale flower market prices, not undercutting other farmers or wholesalers, I have added my own 5th pledge: If I cannot sell a flower at average market value, it will not be cut. It will stay to bloom out for pollinators to enjoy. We love our birds, bees & bugs and honor our fellow local cut flower market.
